A Lancaster man is in jail after running from police and tossing a gun into a yard as he fled. Edward Cedeno-Flores, 21, of the 800 block of South Lime Street, ran when the police arrived  to investigate a domestic complaint Sunday afternoon. Cops caught up to him on the 800 block of South Duke Street. They soon found out that Cedeno-Flores threw a .22 handgun from his waistband into a yard on Susquehanna Street as he ran.

Cedeno-Flores does not possess a permit to carry a concealed firearm in Pennsylvania or any other state.

As a result, Cedeno-Flores is charged with Firearms not to be carried without a License. He is in Lancaster County Prison in lieu of $20,000 bail.
