Lebanon man who ran over neighbor charged with attempted homicide

Police have charged the man they say intentionally struck his neighbor with a car Sunday night.  Juan Moreno-Bonilla, 20, is charged with Criminal Attempt to Commit Homicide, Aggravated Assault, Recklessly Endangering, DUI, Aggravated Assault by Vehicle while DUI, Simple Assault and Driver’s Required to be Licensed.

Moreno-Bonilla has been in police custody since the incident occurred. But he was only cleared medically to be arraigned on late Monday night.  He was arraigned and placed in Lebanon County Correctional Facility on $300,000 bail.

Police have identified the male who was struck by Moreno as 30 year old Kevin Chadwick from Lebanon.  Chadwick was treated for his injuries at a local medical facility and released.
