A Carlisle man has been charged with indecent exposure and corruption of minors after showing inappropriate pictures to an eleven year old girl. Lee Allen Payne, 35, took a picture of his genitals with his cell phone and showed the picture to the 11-year old girl.
Payne has been charged and is currently in Cumberland County Prison on a probation violation.
