86 bags of heroin seized during drug bust in Lebanon City

Two men and a woman are facing charges after police discovered thousands of dollars worth of illicit drugs inside of a Lebanon City home. Members of the Lebanon County Drug Task Force executed a search warrant at home located along the 1400 block of Willow Street  on Thursday after getting tips from concerned citizens regarding an illegal drug operation.

During the search  police seized 86 bags of heroin, 20 bags of crack cocaine, powder cocaine and marijuana, according to the Lebanon County District Attorney David Arnold. Also seized was $3,000 in cash, a number of high-end electronics and a vehicle, Arnold said .

Suspected drug users continued to arrive at the home while police were processing the scene.

Adelaida Gaston-Vazquez, 32, and Juan Rivera-Rivera, 23, and Jose Rivera-Rivera, 29, all of Lebanon, are facing numerous charges including Possession with Intent to Deliver, Possession of a Controlled Substance and Criminal Conspiracy. Gaston-Vazquez and Juan Rivera-Rivera were both taken into custody and transported to the Lebanon County Correctional Facility in lieu of $800,000 and $500,000 bail respectively.

Jose Rivera-Rivera remains at large and police are seeking his whereabouts, Arnold said. He is facing additional charges including Fleeing and Eluding Police and Driving while Operating Privileges have been Suspended.

Additional arrests are pending, said Arnold.
