Bruce Arians is dancing into the AFC Playoffs.  He led the Colts to a postseason berth after serving as interim head coach in place of Chuck Pagano, who was fighting leukemia.  Pagano is healthy and  back on the field.  He’s very impressed his offensive coordinator.

Chuck Pagono, Colts Head Coach

“All you went out and did was win 9 games and you are everything I knew you were and more.”

The York County native is back to calling plays, he says, thats a much tougher job.

Bruce Arians, Colts Offensive Coordinator

“Anytime you are calling plays, the bigger bullseye is on your back.  I have learned that through the years.  The gameplan has always been the biggest part of the job and the other part was kind of easy.”

The Ravens know Arians very well.  They faced him him, at least twice a year, when he was the offensive coordinator for the Steelers.

Dean Pees, Ravens Defensive Coordinator

“You know, we feel like we got a handle on him a little bit, now its a matter of executing.”

John Harbaugh, Ravens Head Coach

“He’s a great coach.  I have a lot of respect for Bruce and for all of the Colts coaches.

The Ravens host the Colts Sunday at 1pm in the AFC Playoffs.
