Police in Adams County are searching for a man who they say attempted to lure a 14-year-old girl into his car while she walked to school Friday morning. The suspect offered the victim a ride in his four-door gray sedan near the corner of  East Locust and Long Alley around 7:20 a.m., according to Littlestown Police Chief Charles Kellar.

When she declined, the man made several inappropriate comments and gestures towards her before driving off.

The suspect is described as a white male, early to mid 30’s,  with short brown hair and a medium build. He was last seen wearing a blue zip up coat. Anyone who has information about the incident should contact police at 717-359-4511.
