More than a thousand people were without power in Lancaster County Friday morning after a truck hit two power poles. The crash happened just before 9 o’clock outside of Letort Elementary School in Manor Township. Police say tires of a Millersville Borough dump truck got off the side of the road. The driver over corrected, lost control and overturned taking out two utility poles. No one was hurt and PPL crews restored power in about two hours.

That's one problem with such huge vehicles. It doesn't take much of an error to cause an accident like this. What was it carrying anyway?
