Police are investigating York City’s first homicide of 2013 after a man was shot to death Friday night along the first block of West South Street. Officers were dispatched around 11:40 p.m. for a report of a shooting.
The victim, Roasario Mediana, 44, of York, was found dead at the scene, police said.
An autopsy is scheduled for Saturday.
