Harrisburg Police are investigating a robbery that occurred Tuesday evening around 9:35 p.m. Two black males in their twenties entered Chen’s Mini Market on Herr Street and confronted a man and woman inside.

The first suspect was wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and red ski mask and was armed with a handgun. The second was also wearing a black hooded sweatshirt with a bandanna over his face, carrying what the victims believed to be either a rifle or shotgun.

One suspect approached the female victim and demanded all the money in the register. The other suspect confronted the male near the back room where three young children were located. The woman complied and the robbers made off with a small amount of cash. No one was injured in the robbery.

The investigation is ongoing and anyone with information is asked to contact Detective Schriver at 717-255-3183 or Lieutenant Robert Fegan at 717-255-3114.
