Lee Harvey Oswald briefly lived there before the assassination of President John F. Kennedy.
It was constructed in 1925. Oswald lived there from November 1962 until March of 1963, a few months later Kennedy was assassinated on November 22.
The apartment building was mentioned in the Warren Commission Report, which was completed after an investigation into the president’s death.
