Police charge a Lancaster County woman in a hit and run involving a child at school bus stop earlier this month. Following up on tips, Manheim Township Police identified 34-year-old Julie Mullin, of East Petersburg as the driver of the vehicle that hit a 12-year-old East Petersburg girl on Graystone Road while she was walking to her bus stop.
Charges against Mullin include Accidents Involving Death or Personal Injury, Duty to Give Information and Render Aid and immediate Notice of Accident to Police. Mullin was arraigned on Tuesday and released on $20,000 unsecured bail.
