Former Browns head coach, Pat Shurmur, is expected to join Chip Kelly’s coaching staff in Philadelphia, likely as the Eagles offensive coordinator.

Before becoming the Browns head coach, Shurmur was the offensive coordinator for the Saint Louis Rams for two seasons.
