The Ravens and the 49ers are heading to Super Bowl 47. Fans are rushing out to buy Ravens items. It’s been a frenzy at JJ Cards & Toys inside the York Galleria Mall. They have everything you can imagine for both teams, but so far they say it’s all about the Ravens.
“Everyday after the Ravens win that is the only sales that we have all Ravens, all day long,” says manager Chelsie Hare. “A lot of people have been wanting signed stuff especially Ray Lewis. His stuff is hot. So get it now while you can. I would say either autographed items or window decals that would be the most popular.”
Instead of driving to Maryland Michelle Wisnom from Stewartstown drove north. “I knew that probably coming up this direction would get me a lot more of what I was looking for than trying to battle it out down in Maryland. I know one of the stores that sold all Ravens, like everything Ravens opened up right after the game last night if they won so I know that was crazy and it was crazy yesterday morning I hear they were directing traffic, so I decided to head north instead of south and maybe ill have less traffic to deal with.”
Richard Nace is a 49ers fan who I caught buying decals for both teams for his car. “She is a Ravens fan and I’m a San Fran fan and it’s really weird to have that happen so one side of the car is going to say San Fran and the other side is going to say Ravens.”
