The Pennsylvania Covered Device Recycling Act says that residents and businesses can’t throw away covered devices like computers, laptops, and televisions with their garbage.
DEP Secretary Michael Krancer discussed some of the other options that state maybe able to do with the unwanted electronics on Tuesday afternoon.
The Pennsylvania Covered Device Recycling Act (CDRA) was passed in 2010.
