The brutal temperatures could affect the health of people in high risk categories.  Flu season is in full swing and today many of you felt those brutal temperatures if you had to go outside.  One local doctor says he sees a spike in respiratory issues this time of year.  Eating well and dressing appropriately for the temperature will help in keeping you healthy.  The best advice is to wash your hands often for about 20 seconds.

Dr. Joseph Cincotta  from Sheppardstown Family Care has more advice on colds.
