New bill pressures Congress – no budget? No paycheck!

officialportraitIllinois Congressman Randy Hultgren has re-introduced legislation in the House of Representatives that would require Congress to pass a budget before getting paid.  Hultgren says The Constitutional Congressional Pay Accountability Act, H.R. 308, will “…hold everyone’s feet to the fire” by requiring that lawmakers create long-term budget solutions.
