An 36-year-old  man was arrested for driving with a blood-alcohol level of about four times the legal limit in Cumberland County. Stephen Paul Paquette, of East Pennsboro Township, is charged with DUI after he crashed his vehicle in Camp Hill during the early morning hours on January 2oth.

Officers were dispatched around 1:15 a.m. to the intersection of Yverdon Drive and West Foxcroft Drive for a report of a single vehicle accident. Authorities found Paquette’s vehicle off the road and partially up on a curb. Paquette was sitting behind the wheel and told officers he that parked the vehicle where it was on purpose, according to police reports.

Paquette showed signs of intoxication and was taken into custody at the scene.

A blood test was taken at Carlisle Regional Medical Center and revealed that Paquette’s BAC was almost four times above the legal limit.

He was booked at Cumberland County Prison.
