York City Lieutenant Tim Utley confirmed that 35-year old Wayne A. Taylor has been charged for the arson fire at the Rodeway Inn. Taylor faces one count of Arson and 22 counts of Reckless Endangerment.
He is awaiting arraignment at York Central Booking.
