Cubans hold parliamentary election

cubavoteCubans cast their votes in parliamentary elections, even President Raul Castro stopped at the ballot box Sunday morning.

The parliament will be back in session this month, and it’s expected to rename Raul Castro as president.

Critics say the election didn’t offer a real choice, because only approved candidates are allowed to run.

But the government says its all part of a grass roots democracy.
