The York County coroner has released the name of the victim who was killed in a crash along Interstate 83 in Conewago Township on Sunday night.
The victim was identified as 23-year-old James Robert Clipp Miller, of Lewisberry.
Miller was ejected from his car after hitting the center median and was then run over by another vehicle. He was not wearing a seat belt, according to the coroner’s office.
Miller was pronounced dead at the scene.
State police are investigating.
