The National Weather Service Office in State College, PA has issued a Winter Weather Advisory starting 7 A.M. Friday and ending 7 A.M. Saturday for Adams, Cumberland, Dauphin, Franklin, Juniata, Lancaster, Lebanon, Mifflin, Perry, and York counties.  A mixed bag of precipitation will bring the potential for a coating of ice in most locations, especially Friday morning.  Friday night, a complete changeover to snow as the system exits could bring 1 to 3 inches of snow across the area.  Both the morning and evening commutes Friday will be impacted by this storm.
