The Krispy Kreme Challenge dared participants to run two and a half miles to downtown Raleigh, consume a dozen Krispy Kremes, then run another two and a half in less than an hour.
The fundraiser presented a check for $177,000 to a North Carolina children’s hospital.
Winner, Timothy Ryan, downed the dozen and sprinted to the finish in less than 32 minutes!
