A Steelton teenager is charged in connection with the shooting death of a Harrisburg man. Corey Reid, 18, was taken into custody around 12:30 a.m. on Monday morning. He is charged with criminal homicide and carrying a firearm without a license.
Police say Reid shot 30-year-old Matthew Dyson, of Harrisburg, early Sunday morning along the 100 block of South Cameron Street following a dispute outside an after hours club.
Dyson was found laying in the parking lot of Monte Carlos Pizza with a gunshot wound to his chest. He was taken to the Hershey Medical Center where he later died.
This is the third homicide in the city of Harrisburg in less than a week.
