Man stabbed during baby shower in Lancaster City

A man is recovering after being stabbed during a baby shower at the Brunswick Hotel in Lancaster early Sunday morning. Police were called out twice  to the hotel located along the 100 block of North Queen Street for  disturbances.

Investigators discovered that a fight had broken out during a baby shower around 12:25 a.m.  and then spilled out into the street.

A 32-year-old male victim was taken to Lancaster General Hospital with superficial lacerations to his lower back, police said.

He refused to cooperate with the investigation.
