Performers at the Ephrata Performing Arts Center were putting on much more of a show than they ever intended last December. Police say Caleb Anthony Seip, 24, of Wyomissing, secretly set up his cell phone camera to record females as they changed clothes between performances. It happened on two separate occasions in December of 2012. Seip admitted intentionally setting up the camera to record the women. He is charged with two counts of Invasion of Privacy.
