Amtrak continues to closely watch the winter storm as it moves across the Northeastern United States. Amtrak is operating a regular schedule with the following adjustments:
- Northeast Regional Trains 171 and 176 are canceled between Washington, D.C., and Lynchburg, Va., with no alternate transportation. The trains will operate as scheduled north of Washington, D.C.
- Cardinal (Chicago to New York) Train 50 originating on March 5 is canceled between Huntington, W.Va., and New York, with no alternate transportation. Cardinal Train 51 originating on March 6 is canceled between and Washington, D.C., and Huntington, W.Va., with no alternate transportation.
Amtrak will continue to monitor the storm and provide updates as necessary.
