Some heated moments in Philadelphia after the School District votes to close 23 schools.   Police arrested 19 protestors for disorderly conduct at last night’s meeting.  Several students left in tears after finding out their schools will be closed.   Those opposed believe the decisions were political.   The district says it will save more than 24 million dollars a year.  It had to borrow 300 million this year and projections show it will accumulate 1.4 billion dollar deficit over the next five years without radical changes.
