The driver who rolled his rig over Monday will be facing charges associated with the wreck. State Police are charging Jason Wanner, 39, of Parma, Ohio, with: Driving on Roadways Laned for Traffic, Driving Vehicle at Safe Speed, Accidents Involving Overturned Vehicles, Restraint Systems, for not wearing his seatbelt.

The accident tied up traffic for hours during Monday’s morning commute, with the trailer spilling its cargo, two huge rolls of aluminum on the highway and damaging the guide rail and jersey barrier. Wanner was hospitalized for his injuries.
