It appears he will have a longer Spring break than he would like.    Penn State Head Football Coach Bill O’Brien told ESPN.com that Dallastown grad Ben Kline will miss all of Spring practice after undergoing shoulder surgery.  The redshirt sophomore is a candidate to win a starting job at linebacker.   Kline made 18 tackles in 2012 and played in all 12 games.   The Nittany Lions begin workouts on Monday.
