Penn State Head Football Coach Bill O’Brien told ESPN.com that Dallastown grad Ben Kline will miss all of Spring practice after undergoing shoulder surgery. The redshirt sophomore is a candidate to win a starting job at linebacker. Kline made 18 tackles in 2012 and played in all 12 games. The Nittany Lions begin workouts on Monday.
