A Camp Hill business owner is taking a national stand this week in Washington. Debbie Keys will be at the Captial Wednesday to speak out for the mom and pop shops. She will be discussing the Marketplace Fairness Act which closes a decades old sales tax loophole that allows online only retailers to avoid collecting sales taxes.
