Coroner: No drugs or alcohol involved in Seton Hill bus crash

Pregnant Seton Hill Lacrosse Coach and Bus Driver Die in College Bus Crash in Carlisle

The Cumberland County Coroner has released toxicology results for the bus driver of the Seton Hill women’s lacrosse team who crashed on the Pennsylvania Turnpike on March 16. The team was headed to Millersville University when the bus veered off the road and into a tree.

There was no evidence of drugs or alcohol in Anthony Guaetta’s system, said Cumberland County Coroner Charles Hall.

Guaetta, 61, of Johnstown, died at the scene. Coach Kristina Quigley, 30, of Greensburg , who was six months pregnant with a boy, died from injuries at Penn State Hershey Medical Center. Her unborn child did not survive.

The bus crash remains under investigation.
