State police have identified a 31-year-old Dillsburg woman who died in a Sunday night crash in Reading Township, Adams County. Authorities say Danielle Nicole Stokes was trying to negotiate a curve  along Stoney Point Road when she lost control of her vehicle,  went off the road and into a chevron sign.

Stokes was thrown from the vehicle as it rolled over.

Troopers say she was not wearing a seat belt.

I stopped and ran up to see what was going on, there was one guy already there waving a flashlight. As I walked around the car to the side he was standing on all I saw were legs… He was gagging and still trying to get a response from her. I joined in as-well, no answer, no movement. All we could do at that point was wait for the Police.

Unreal. She was one of the first people I ever met when I moved here and made me think everyone in Dillsburg are nice. Thank you guys for trying to help.
