Police arrested a man who they say confessed to committing four daytime burglaries in Ephrata during the month of January. Dylan T. Hess, 23, of Reinholds, is charged with burglary and theft by unlawful taking.
Police say Hess stole jewelry, cash and electronics during the burglaries. He was arrested on unrelated charges and confessed to police when he was questioned.
He was taken to Lancaster County Prison.
