Firefighters are on the scene of a fire at the old Yorgey’s Cleaners building, located at 3885 Columbia Avenue in West Hempfield Township, Lancaster County. Dispatchers received several calls reporting flames in the building around 5:20am. Crews from nine different fire companies are on the scene, and the fire is not yet under control, according to a dispatch from Lancaster County Control.Columbia Avenue is currently closed.
