Girl sent home from school for smelling badly

A sad story out of Tennessee,  where a young girl has been sent home repeatedly from school for smelling bad.  The girl’s mother insists her 8-year-old is clean.  However school officials say the odor is disruptive.  Teachers and students complain about it, saying they can’t focus.  They say if something isn’t done, the suspensions will continue.  The girl has been sent home at least 24 days.

I'll say this TCS, that one is tough. I often plead for the writers on this website to proofread, too.

Only a guess, but the parents probably released this story, not the school, hoping for sympathy or to embarrass the school.
