Stand Up, Speak Out

April is child abuse prevention month and local leaders visit a school to launch a new campaign aimed at kids.  Students at Downey School in Harrisburg are encouraged to stand up and speak out about child abuse.  They were told how to recognize abuse and how to report it.  Local leaders wanting to make sure all children are safe.
