At least 46 people have died and at least 70 were hurt after a building still under construction collapsed in Western India. Authorities say people were illegally occupying the first four floors of the building even though it hadn’t been finished. Authorities believe it was an illegal construction site, not following safety codes… and are investigating it as a case of homicide.
