Pennsylvania State Police say missing 12-year old Dakota Moon Turner was found at 1:15 a.m. in Buffalo, New York. Dakota was picked up by a 21-year old man she met “gaming” online and he took her to the Buffalo Police Department.
The two had been communicating through social media for the past few months. Pennsylvania State Police and the Buffalo Police Department are still investigating the encounter.
