Family members say Elmer Mountz told them that he was going fishing in Letort Park or behind the Cumberland County Prison on the Conodoguinet Creek. That was on April 15th. On April 18th, they reported him missing. Mr Mountz is a white male, 65 years of age, about 5’10 tall and weighing 170 pounds. Carlisle Police and Fire Department are conducting a search in the area. Anyone who has had contact with Mr Mountz since last evening is asked to contact Carlisle Police at 243-5252.
