A couple is facing charges after they staged a robbery at an adult bookstore in Perry County on Nov. 5, state police said.  The incident took place at the Adult World Bookstore along the 2000 block of Susquehanna Trail in Buffalo Township.

Christina Nipple, 28, and Theodore Laverty III, 22, both of Duncannon, have been charged with conspiracy, theft by unlawful taking, false reports and false alarms.

Nipple, a store employee, originally told authorities that a man entered the store and demanded money. The robber got away with an undetermined amount of cash from the register and fled, troopers said.

Authorities say Nipple and Laverty were dating and staged the entire thing.
