West Shore Regional Police are investigating a robbery at the CVS pharmacy in the West Shore Plaza. It happened at around 9:15 Sunday morning.  The suspect, a white male dressed in dark clothing, entered the store walked up to the pharmacy counter and handed a clerk a threatening note.  Investigators say the note demanded narcotics.  The suspect was given an unknown amount of prescription pills.  He was last seen walking into the area of South 15th Street in Camp Borough.

A few hours later, a suspect matching the same description, also used a threatening note to robbed a CVS in Harrisburg.  Anyone with information on the case is asked to contact West Shore Regional Police at (717) 238-9676.

I thought I remember an article not long ago about pharmacies carrying bottles with GPS tracking on them for those who rob them. Does anyone else remember this? It's a great idea! So they think they are getting narcotics, and they are able to be tracked!

All great ideas. Funny ideas. But shouldn't we look at arming all pharmacists, convenience store clerks, bank tellers, pilots and teachers across the country?
