It has been a week since the marathon explosion, but emotions still run high for Boston.

Hundreds of runners and walkers took time out of their day to remember the victims, taking one step at a time to allow the healing process to begin with a week full of tragedy.

It wasn’t a race, it was a two-mile run to unite and donate to a good cause. It was a community effort with tee shirts, food and money all provided through donations to make the event a success.

The ” Run for Boston” was a nationwide event with about 120 cities that included San Francisco to Orlando to Spring Garden Township, York County.
