As part of National Crime Victims Rights Week Dauphin county commissioners honoring a local organization for their work with victims of crime.  Commissioners thanking the Dauphin County Victim Witness Assistance Program.  The group helps crime victims rebuild their lives.  Over 33 million Americans are affected by crime each year.  The Victim Witness Assistance Program helped over 7800 crime victims in 2012 alone.
