We’re here with the head pro at Heritage Hills, Bill Brander. What will you be showing us today?

Bill Brander, Heritage Hills Pro

“I’m going to give you a driving tip. You need to tee the ball about a half a ball above the driver head. I also use the line on the ball, in line with my target. The chimney in the distance on that house.

I want the club on the ground 1st. Then I want to take my grip and my stance. My weight is 50/50 on my feet and I want to think about good technique. One thousand one, one thousand two, one thousand three, one thousand four. I find the slower tempo gets me a better strike on the ball so lets give that a try. Had a little fade there. It went back towards the chimney of the house, right down the middle. Probably about 240 yards and I’ll take that one every day.”
