Harrisburg identify a suspect in a deadly weekend shooting.  A warrant on a Criminal Homicide charge has been issued for 17 year old Jovan Vasquez-Cassell.  He is named as the suspect in the shooting death of 27 year old Tyrell Vaughan over the weekend.  Vaughan was shot several times during an argument outside of a city bar. It happened just before 11 o’clock Saturday evening in the 1400 block of Market Street.

A team of heavily armed detectives executed a search warrant at Vasquez-Cassell’s home Monday afternoon, but he was not there. Detectives are following more leads. The suspect has family in Harrisburg and York. Police have asked family members to convince Vasquez-Cassell to surrender.
