Hurricane Agnes left its mark on Central Pennsylvania in 1972 and now Harrisburg’s Mayor is placing reminders of the devastation around the city.  Mayor Thompson unveiling the high-water mark initiative at Ben Franklin School and the Math Science Academy.  The city received a pilot federal grant to place signs marking ten high-water locations.
