The Diocese of Harrisburg have confirmed that Bishop McFadden’s cause of death was a heart attack. Bishop McFadden passed away Thursday morning in Philadelphia.
His body will be received this evening at Saint Patrick’s Cathedral in Harrisburg where it will lie in state until Tuesday evening. Funeral services are planned for Wednesday morning at the Holy Name of Jesus Church in Harrisburg.
