Tellus360 storefrontTellus360 – the reclaimed wood furniture and ecofriendly, recycled and upcycled gifts retailer located at 24 East King Street – unveiled plans Tuesday to renovate its downtown Lancaster space into a music, arts and special events venue.
With construction scheduled to begin later this month, the Amplification Project will overhaul the building’s interior, transforming the 8,000squarefoot street-level retail space, 9,000squarefoot second floor, green rooftop and basement level into a mixed-use events and entertainment complex featuring four music and special events venues, a music recording studio, multiple art galleries and a food bar serving locally sourced and organic foods.
