The craft beer craze is exploding and Pennsylvania is a perfect example of the successes of the industry.  To celebrate everything beer, this week has been deemed American Craft Beer Week.  A recent study shows that the beer industry is responsible for over 37,000 jobs and a billion dollars in the PA economy.  That industry can be found in the state’s 93 craft breweries.

One of those success stories is Bube’s Brewery in Mount Joy, Lancaster County.  The historic 19th century brewery and museum is proud of their craft beer.  To celebrate American Craft Beer Week, Bube’s and Liquid Hero in York have collaborated to make a special Black IPA.  This is just one of the benefits of craft beer, the ability to make small batches from scratch.
