Downtown Revitalization

A town in Dauphin County will be getting a complete makeover.  Middletown business owners along with the borough council announcing a full blown downtown revitalization plan Thursday.  The two groups have joined together to form the commercial development authority.  Their goal is to create plans and project to move Middletown forward.  Eleven downtown business owners have signed a letter supporting this new revitalization plan.
